When You Send an Enquiry
The Contact form asks for your name, email, what you want to build and a message. Company, budget and timeline are optional.
We also record your IP address. It limits how many messages one visitor can send and helps us spot spam. The form emails all of this to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service.
We use it only to reply to you and to scope your project. We delete it when you ask.
When You Book a Call
Booking opens a page on Cal.com, which asks for your name, email and a few questions about your project. Cal.com stores your booking and adds it to our Google Calendar. The call itself runs on Google Meet.
When You Browse the Site
We use Google Analytics to count visits. It sets cookies that tell us which pages you view, how you found the site, your device type, your approximate location and whether you send an enquiry.
Google Analytics does not store your IP address. It keeps this data for 14 months, then deletes it.
To opt out, block cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.
Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, it logs each request, including your IP address, to keep the site running and secure.
Who Else Sees It
These services process your data for us, under their own privacy terms:
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Resend delivers enquiry emails.
- Google runs Analytics, Calendar, Meet and our inbox.
- Cal.com handles bookings.
We share your data with no one else, unless the law requires it.
Your Choices
Email firstmovelabs.hq@gmail.com to see the data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. We act on each request within 30 days.
