The Challenge
The contractor had to hire crews fast for emergency work and sorted paper applications by hand.
What We Built
- One question at a time, with conditional questions and autosaved drafts.
- Automatic A to F grading per section and an overall fit recommendation.
- Resumes stored privately and encrypted, opened only through short-lived links.
- A review dashboard with search, statuses, notes and CSV export.
The Outcome
Candidates apply in 3 to 5 minutes, and HR sees a graded, searchable shortlist.
