The Challenge
The academy teaches 10,000+ families in 30+ countries. Coaches needed structured lessons, and the academy needed to see who practiced between classes.
What We Built
- A searchable curriculum library of annotated games, organized in folders and shared with chosen coaches.
- A live lesson board where coaches set any position and step through moves and side lines in class.
- Puzzle quizzes by skill level, with deadlines, time limits, scoring and penalties for wrong moves.
- Leaderboards and per-student analytics for quizzes, exercises and average scores.
- Microsoft Teams classes that create meetings, record them and save recordings for students.
The Outcome
Coaches now teach from one shared curriculum, and students compete on puzzle leaderboards between live classes.
